As a Holistic Health Practioner I take a whole-person approach to wellness, considering the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of health. by using natural therapies and personalized treatment plans, that aim to identify and address the root causes of health issues, rather than just treating symptoms.
A variety of methods are used, including nutrition counseling, herbal remedies, stress managing techniques, emotion releasing, sound healing with tuning forks, and energy healing such as Reiki, to restore balance and support the body's natural healing processes.
